These reports show all new listings for the past 7 days. As with many new listings, sometimes pictures are not yet available in the system but should show up soon.
Average days on market ranges anywhere from 70 to 120 days depending on the area, but we have seen listings that are properly priced not only get picked up quickly but in some cases get multiple offers. So, watching the new listings can alert you to some great options.
