During the last six months 26 units were sold, giving you a good idea of the popularity of the Coronado Shores. Four units are presently pending sale and range in the sales area of $715,000 to $1,495,000, some dropping slightly in price while others selling for full asking price. One of the pending sales received an acceptable contract within 1 month of listing the property.
