It includes Seaport Village shopping and dining, several luxury resort hotels and numerous high rise condominiums. Water views are the star of the show in Marina District condos like the Harbor Club and Pinnacle. This area is also adjacent to nightlife of the historic Gaslamp Quarter.
The Marina District is an upscale redevelopment project with lots of well-maintained public outdoor spaces and parks too, including the Children's Museum Park, Embarcadero Marina Park and the Martin Luther King Jr. Promenade. There are plenty of seafood restaurants on the harbor, but restaurants a few blocks inland are plentiful too.
