Buyers After Top Floor Views at Pacific Gate

Highrises in Downtown San Diego are getting their first super prime residential tower with the opening of Pacific Gate. This 40-story curved glass tower is located at the corner of PCH and Broadway just a block east of the bay. It offers the most luxurious amenities and comprehensive services of any residential skyscraper in the city. With estimated completion of late 2017, buyers have already reserved over 50% of the penthouses and higher floor residences.

Smaller one and two bedroom units are on the first seven floors of Pacific Gate. These range from 1,258 to 1,806 square feet with a handful still available for just under a million. Most start at $1.1 million and go up to $1.5 million. The bulk of the 215 units are two bedroom and two bedroom plus den floor plans. The upper eight floors are three bedroom and three bedroom plus dens ranging from a home-size 2,034 to 2,608 square feet with price tags topping out at about $4.1 million. Depending on location within the building, views include the San Diego city skyline, the bay, Coronado Island, Seaport Village and the historic Amtrak station.

Premium retail will occupy Pacific Gate's ground floor and the second floor will house an elegant pet retreat - a 1,391 square foot haven for your four-footed friends. A state-of-the-art fitness center, pool and relaxing garden area will occupy the fourth floor. Residents will also have a Chef Concierge dedicated to fulfilling their every request for service. Round-the-clock lobby concierge service, concierge associates, porters and emissaries will also be on hand. A private screening room, a fleet of luxury cars and boat share add yet another level of luxury to the already long list of amenities and services.
