San Diego Lofts - Small to Large
Looking for a San Diego loft but think you can't afford one because you are on a budget? After all, lofts are huge so they must be expensive, right? The good news is that just because lofts are open with high ceilings, they can be on the smaller side and, therefore, more affordable. Another upside of smaller lofts is that it is easier to make them feel inviting and homey. San Diego has plenty of loft options to fit your lifestyle and financial needs.
The Fahrenheit lofts is one example of a community that offers smaller units. This 77-unit building has homes starting at 730 square feet and a choice of one- or two-bedroom floor plans. The majority of residences are single level; however larger two-level units are available.
