The East Village is the biggest and fastest growing urban district in downtown San Diego, located just south of the core commercial section, south east of Cortez Hill and east of the Gaslamp Quarter. This 315 acre mixed-use section of downtown was once the warehouse district and is now home to Petco Park, Ballpark Village with lots of new retail space, numerous hotels and a bustling Arts District.

There are lots of condo options to choose from in the East Village and many more to come. This area has an edgy feel and zoning that in many cases is conducive to live-work scenarios. Residents can walk to galleries, restaurants, rooftop bars, live-music entertainment venues, the stadium and the harbor.
